The lecturer in the Department of Private Law (Assistant Prof. Ph.D. Israa Khudher Khalieel) participated as a member of the discussion committee of the doctoral dissretation entitled “The effects of changing circumstances on insurance risk – a comparative study -” which was submitted by the researcher Aqil Sarhan Fayyad to the College of Law at the University of Fallujah.
