The lecturer in the Department of Private Law (Assistant Prof. PhD. Rana Sadiq Shahab) participated in the membership of the discussion’s committee of the master’s thesis entitled “The cognitive and informational balance of contracting parties within the framework of private international law “A comparative study” submitted by the researcher (Sarah Maysar Ali) to the College of Law at Tikrit University.
