 رئيس قسم القانون العام (أ.م.د سعد عبدالله خلف) يشارك بعضوية لجنة مناقشة بحث الترقية الموسوم ” دور التدخل الدولي الانساني في حماية حقوق الاقليات” الذي تقدم به السكرتير اول ( عمر سبهان حمد) الى معهد الخدمة الخارجية في وزارة الخارجية لغرض ترقيته الى درجة مستشار

Head of the Public Law Department (Assistant Professor Saad Abdullah Khalaf) participates as a member of the committee to discuss the promotion research entitled “The Role of International Humanitarian Intervention in Protecting Minority Rights” which was submitted by the First Secretary (Omar Sabhan Hamad) to the Foreign Service Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the purpose of promoting him to the rank of Advisor.
